FRIED SOFT - SHELL CRABS 
2 lg. soft-shell crabs
1/2 c. Half & Half
1 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
2 tbsp. butter
Olive oil
Flour

Combine crabs, Half & Half and Cavender's. Heat olive oil to a depth of 1/2" in a shallow pan, add butter and garlic. Gently toss crabs in flour, add to pan and saute, turning only once. Remove and serve.
