Clean soft crabs. Beat 1 egg, dip crab in egg then in ground cracker crumbs. Fry in a deep fryer about 5 minutes. Lay on paper towel to drain.

CRAB CAKES:

1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
1/2 tsp. Old Bay
2 slices bread
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients together, make into cakes. Fry in pan.
