ABBY'S MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE | |
10 potatoes 2 (12 oz. ea.) cans evaporated milk, divided 2 cups sugar 1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (4 oz.) bottle Trappey's hot peppers in vinegar (optional) salt and pepper, to taste Peel potatoes and boil until soft. Put one can of evaporated milk and 2 cups of sugar in potatoes them mash. Drain all juice out of corn and green beans. Put in steamer (instead of steaming with water use 1 can of evaporated milk). Add vegetables and some sliced hot peppers (if desired) on top of potatoes in a pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. ENJOY! Submitted by: Abby Woods |
