QUICK STRAWBERRY JAM 
4 c. mashed strawberries
4 c. sugar

Combine mashed strawberries and sugar in 3 quart saucepot. Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Pour into hot sterilized jars and close. Let stand in cool place for 2 days, then freeze. Yield: 5 cups.
