QUICK STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries (thawed)
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Melt butter in baking dish. Mix flour and sugar together. Add milk. Pour batter into dish. Pour strawberries into mixture (do not stir). Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes until batter rises and turns brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream. Serves 8.
