PUDDING DESSERT 
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip
Graham Crackers

Mix pudding in milk, fold in Cool Whip. Line 9 x 13 pan with whole graham crackers. Put half of pudding mixture over first layer. Cover with more graham crackers. Cover crackers with remainder of pudding mixture and again cover all with graham crackers.

FROSTING:

2 (1 oz.) pkgs. of chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
1 1/2 c. powered sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla.

Blend ingredients well and spread over top layer of crackers.
