FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
10 oz. pkg. mini marshmallows
1 can crushed undrained pineapple

Grind up cranberries, add sugar. Mix and let stand 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Stir marshmallows and pineapple together and let stand 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Mix whipped cream into pineapple mixture and then mix with cranberry mixture. Freeze. Take out of freezer about 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
