EXTRA SPECIAL CHICKEN 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef
3 lg. chicken breasts, skinned, boned & cut in half
6 slices bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Rinse beef under cold water. Divide into 6 portions. Place breasts over beef, top with a slice of bacon. Bake in 12"x8"x2" pan, uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine soup and sour cream, pour over chicken and bake 25 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings and approximately 2 1/2 cups of sauce.
