RYAN'S SPECIAL CHICKEN AND GOOP | |
1 chicken, cut up 1/2 c. flour Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp. oil or butter 1 c. white wine 1 onion, medium size Mushrooms Put flour, salt, and pepper in bag; coat chicken. In frying pan add oil or butter and brown chicken. Add wine; simmer until done. Add onions and mushrooms, adding more liquid, wine, or water for making sauce. Use sauce on noodles or mashed potatoes. |
