SPANISH PRIZE SALSA 
4 med. tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. olive oil
2 to 3 tbsp. finely chopped hot pepper

Combine, cover and chill several hours or overnight. Stir occasionally. Serve with your favorite corn chips.
