COUNTRY STEAK | |
1 1/2 lbs. round steak 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water Pound steak; cut into serving-size pieces. In skillet brown steak in oil; pour off fat. Stir in soup and water; cover. Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until done. Stir often. Makes 4-6 servings. |
