COUNTRY CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
10 slices bacon
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. salad mustard
2 (20 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (20 oz.) can pea beans or pork 'n beans

Fry bacon. Remove from pan. Saute onion and celery in bacon drippings. Add ground beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients except beans and bacon. Cook 40 minutes, then add beans and bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garlic powder maybe added if desired.
