CORN MEAL MUFFINS | |
3/4 c. plain flour 1 1/2 c. corn meal 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 1 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. melted shortening or Wesson oil Sift dry ingredients together. Add beaten eggs, milk and shortening. Mix until mixture is smooth. Bake in muffin pans at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes. |
