CORN MEAL MUFFINS 
3/4 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. corn meal
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Sift all of the above together. 1 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. Wesson oil

Bake in muffin pans 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees until brown.
