PUMPKIN CAKE 
Frosting for Pumpkin Cake:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 large (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until creamy.

Cake:

2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. canned pumpkin

Mix together dissolved baking soda, oil, and eggs. Sift together the dry ingredients and add to the above; beat. Add pumpkin and beat again.

Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes.
