EASY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate

In top of double boiler, combine sweetened condensed milk, water, salt and chocolate. Cook over hot water; stir frequently until thickened. Remove from heat. Cool. Stir in vanilla and spread on cooled cake. Frosting for a 2 layer cake or 12 cupcakes.
