EASY CHICKEN & RICE | |
1 c. uncooked rice 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 6 or 8 skinned & boned chicken breast halves Melted butter Crushed cereal (Total, Product 19, etc.) Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole. Cover the bottom with the rice. Sprinkle with the onion soup mix. Pour 3 cups water on the rice and soup. Dip split chicken breasts in melted butter and then in the crushed cereal. Place next to each other on top of rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
