1 chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1/2 pkg. Lipton's Dry Onion Soup
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® Rice

9x12 cake pan. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in cake pan. Sprinkle in 1 cup rice (raw). Dilute the 2 cans soup with approximately 3/4 to 1 can water. Pour 1/2 mixture in pan, then rice. Lay in chicken pieces and pour the other 1/2 over. Sprinkle onion soup over entire top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 degrees 3 hours. Serves 6.
