NO PEEKIE CHICKEN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
Chicken pieces
1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 sm. onion (optional)

Combine canned soup and small onion and water with rice in casserole or Dutch oven. Lay chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. No peeking!
