CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 c. onion, sliced
1 c. green pepper, sliced
1 c. minute rice
1 pkg. Lipton's chicken noodle soup mix
1 tsp. sage

Cook chicken and cut up. Saute pepper and onion. Mix with cooked chicken. Add 2 1/2 cups boiling water to minute rice and chicken noodle soup mix. Add to chicken; add sage.

Pour in 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
