SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. Jimmy Dean
1 pkg. chicken noodles soup (Lipton)
1 lg. bell pepper
6 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. onion
1 hot pepper, chopped
2/3 c. uncooked rice or Minute Rice
3 1/2 c. water
1 or 2 chopped garlic cloves

In large chunks, light cook sausage. Remove from grease, add vegetables to grease and cook lightly. Bring water to boil. Add soup, boil. Add rice or minute rice. In large casserole dish add soup, vegetables, rice and meat. Mix. Cover and cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
