CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. uncooked reg. rice
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup
1 soup can milk
1 can mushrooms
Chicken cutlets

Mix mushroom soup with milk, rice, mushrooms (including liquid) and half the onion soup.

In a large baking dish place chicken, then pour rice mixture over chicken. Sprinkle remaining onion soup on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
