CHICKEN & BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 lb. fresh broccoli or 10 oz. pkg. frozen
3-4 servings sliced or cubed cooked chicken (use chicken breasts or cutlets)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Boil-in-Bag rice (family size
Pam spray

Cook broccoli and arrange in bottom of baking dish sprayed with Pam. Arrange cooked chicken slices or cubes on top of broccoli. Blend chicken soup with 1/3 cup milk. Pour over all. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in moderate oven (350-375 degrees) for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve over cooked rice. Makes 3-4 servings.
