CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets, parboiled (cut into pieces when done)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, parboil 5 minutes
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. softened butter
1/4 c. shredded milk cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Butter your casserole all over. Lay broccoli to cover bottom of casserole. Put chicken pieces on top of broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, curry, lemon juice and butter. Pour soup mixture over broccoli evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top. Top off with the bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
