CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked brown rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 c. bread crumbs mixed with 2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter

Chicken breasts - boil and simmer with 1 teaspoon tarragon and thyme leaves. Cut up in chunks.

Layer in a 13 x 9 inch pan:

1. Cooked rice.

2. Frozen broccoli.

3. Chicken chunks.

4. Soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry combined.

5. Cheese.

6. Bread crumbs mixed with melted butter.

Bake at 350-400 degrees for 40 minutes.
