STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 lg. peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, cooked
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Cut a thin slice from bottom of each pepper, clean and boil for 5-10 minutes. Cook hamburger and onion; drain. Add salt, garlic salt, wild rice, tomato sauce and cheese. Stuff peppers with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered. Uncover and cook 15 minutes. (Can top with more cheese at this point.
