PEAR PIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Mix in processor and press in cake pan.

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. sour cream

Mix. Fold in 3 or 4 cups diced pears. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees in unbaked crust.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix until crumbly pot on baked pie. Bake additional 30 minutes at 375 degrees until set.
