TURKEY LOAF | |
3 c. diced, cooked turkey 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. melted butter 1 scant tbsp. instant minced onion 1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream soup (asparagus, celery or mushroom) Dice turkey fairly small for easy slicing. Combine all ingredients except soup and milk. Press into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan; cover with foil. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, blend soup and milk. Heat thoroughly. Serve over sliced loaf. If desired, add 1 package cooked frozen peas, drained. Serves 6 to 8. |
