CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Roaster full of popped corn

Melt butter with brown sugar and Karo syrup in 2 quart saucepan. Boil 5 minutes. Add vanilla and soda. Stir through. Pour over popcorn. Stir. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
