CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 c. rice
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 can water

Place cut-up cabbage in bottom of large baking dish or roasting pan. Cover cabbage with layer of uncooked beef and pork. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Cover with chopped onions.

Cook rice and drain if necessary. Place rice on onions. Mix tomato soup with water and pour over rice. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
