3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, flour, cocoa together in a saucepan. Pour milk on. Cook over heat and add butter and vanilla.
