PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. (4 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. peanut butter chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to full boil. Cook 4-5 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, peanut butter chips and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows and chips melt. Pour into 8 inch square pan (buttered) cool. Melt chocolate chips. Spread on fudge. Chill until hard.
