CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. med. noodles 1 (10 oz.) frozen peas, uncooked 2 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese Cook noodles according to directions. Drain. Layer noodles, peas, chicken and cheese in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix soups and broth and pour over layers. Top with crushed potato chips if you wish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 12. Can use broccoli instead of peas if you wish. Pour boiling water over broccoli. |
