TOKYO TURKEY TOSS SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked turkey
1 (16 oz.) can (2 c.) bean sprouts, drained
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. coarsely shredded carrot
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. French salad dressing
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds

In large bowl, combine turkey, bean sprouts, cooked rice, celery, carrot, green pepper, French dressing, soy sauce, salt and a dash of pepper; mix well and chill. Just before serving, add mayonnaise and almonds; toss together lightly. Serve in lettuce cups; sprinkle each serving with additional toasted almonds if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
