ATH'S "FRESH SALSA" MACARONI
SALAD
 
8 (12 oz.) sm or medium shell macaroni
1-2 tomatoes, halved and sliced
Several green onions, sliced
1/2 - 1 green pepper, sliced
Several radishes, sliced thinly (optional)
Fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 lb. cooked turkey or chicken, shredded or chunked
4 (8 oz.) Italian salad dressing

Cook; drain and cool macaroni. Add vegetables and cilantro to taste. Stir in turkey and toss with dressing. Chill.
