FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
1 c. orange slices
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine first five ingredients.

Blend salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Add to chicken mixture. Chill for at least one hour. Drain off any liquid. Add mayonnaise and slivered toasted almonds. Serve on lettuce leaf with crackers or hot rolls.
