CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken fryer, cooked
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lg. or 2 sm. apples
3 or 4 boiled eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice over apples
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. pecans

Cook chicken by roasting or stewing. Debone and cut into cubes. Mix celery, onion, apples with chicken. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese, add chicken mixture. Stir in pecans. Serve on lettuce.
