CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. green grapes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. macaroni rings (cooked)
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 c. whipping cream (whipped)

Combine chicken, onion and salt. Refrigerate several hours. Add grapes, celery, salad dressing and cooked macaroni rings. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then fold in almonds and whipped cream. Also fold in oranges or place on top of salad.

Serves 12.
