CHILE RELLENO PIE 
6 green chiles, roasted, peeled and seeded
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
12 eggs

Butter a 9 inch square deep dish pan. Cut chiles in strips and line bottom of pan with them. Thinly slice cheese and place in single layer over chile strips. Break eggs in bowl; break yolks and mix gently. Pour eggs into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until eggs are not runny.
