3 c. chicken, cooked & shredded
6 c. lettuce, shredded
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. celery, sliced diagonally
6 green onions, sliced4sweet gherkins, sliced
1 can chow mein noodles

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3 tbsp. sesame seeds

Combine all salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients in a separate bowl then pour over salad. Serves 4.
