1 German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. Heath bars (chocolate candy bars)
1 jar ice cream caramel sauce
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Follow cake mix directions and bake. Poke holes with salad fork all over cake after it comes out of oven. Pour milk over top. Cool. Pour caramel sauce, Cool Whip, and sprinkle Heath bars over top. Refrigerate.
