MOCHA CAKE | |
1 butter or yellow cake 1 chocolate or devils food cake 1 box of Dream Whip 1 box of Nestles choco-bake Bake two cakes: 1 yellow cake and 1 chocolate cake using an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch round cake pan. Cool both cakes in refrigerator. Slice each cake in half after cooled. Recipe will make 2 cakes and each cake will have 4 layers. Place cooled slice of chocolate cake on cake dish and spread with mocha frosting, then add 1 layer of yellow cake and spread mocha frosting on top. Repeat until 4 layers of cake have been used. Spread mocha frosting over entire cake and refrigerate. MOCHA FROSTING: Follow directions on Dream Whip box using 2 envelopes of Dream Whip. Add 2 envelopes of Nestles choco-bake when whip cream is almost done. Ice between layers and all around outside of cake. (Ice 1 cake). |
