Dip about 1 dozen tortillas in hot grease, one at a time, for about 1/2 minute each. Drain on paper towels. Should be soft.
Season 2 pounds hamburger meat and spread (thin) on about 3/4 of the tortilla. Roll tight and put aside until all are rolled. Fry in deep fat until the meat is done. About 2 minutes. Drain on cookie sheet on paper towels. Remove paper towels and with the rolls on the cookie sheet sprinkle with grated cheese and cook in 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with salsa.
