1 pkg. white cake mix
5 tsp. creme de menthe
1 pkg. Cool Whip

Mix white cake mix as directed except for taking out 5 teaspoons of water and substitute with 5 teaspoons of creme de menthe. Bake as directed. Cool cake.

FUDGE FROSTING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate OR
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine brown sugar, milk, butter, cocoa and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add marshmallows. Stir to melt. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until smooth. If necessary thin with a few drops of milk. Frost cake.

Mix some creme de menthe in Cool Whip and spread on fudge frosting.
