1 pkg. white cake mix
Creme de Menthe Liquor
Green food coloring
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey chocolate fudge
1 (9-12 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix cake mix as directed except substitute 3 tablespoons water with 3 tablespoons Creme de Menthe and 3 drops green food coloring. Bake in 12 x 9 inch pan as directed. Cool - then spread with Hershey's Fudge. On top of fudge spread with mixture of Cool Whip, 1 tablespoon Creme de Menthe, 1-2 drops food coloring. Servings: 12-15.
