CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
8 oz. Hershey bar, shredded
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. creme de menthe liquor
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix cake according to package directions. Fold in shaved Hershey bar (save approximately 3 tablespoons). Bake in 9 x 13 pan according to package directions. Cool cake. Then poke holes across cake with a fork. Mix half and half and creme de menthe. Pour over cooked cake. Frost with Cool Whip. Sprinkle shaved Hershey on top. Keep refrigerated.
