CREME-DE-MENTHE CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1/3 c. creme de menthe
1 jar fudge ice cream topping
9 oz. Cool Whip
More creme de menthe

Prepare white cake mix according to package directions, substituting creme de menthe for 1/3 cup water called for. Spread fudge ice cream topping on cake. Add enough creme de menthe to Cool Whip to suit taste. Spread over cake, cover and refrigerate. Best when served cold.
