CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. creme de menthe liqueur
1 jar (16 oz.) fudge topping
12 oz. Cool Whip

Prepare cake according to package directions, but use 1/4 cup less water and add 1/4 cup creme de menthe. Bake. Spread fudge topping on cooled cake. Then spread Cool Whip mixture with the other 1/4 cup creme de menthe. Store in the refrigerator.
