BARBECUE SPARERIBS 
4 lbs. spareribs
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika

Cut spareribs into serving pieces and brown in a pan over surface heat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 3/4 hours. Spoon the sauce over the ribs 2 or 3 times during baking.

Bake uncovered 15 minutes more.
