CONEY ISLAND SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. cayenne
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Pinch sage
Pinch cinnamon
4 c. water

Brown ground beef in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Boil until thick (approximately 3-4 hours).
